At Hoor Exclusive, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality of every hijab and scarf before it reaches you. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

🔄 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • — Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • — The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • — Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or tried on will not be accepted.

💰 Non-Refundable Items

  • — Shipping fees (PKR 250) are non-refundable.
  • — Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 Return/Exchange Process

  • — Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • — Our team will confirm and guide you through the process.
  • — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • — Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • — In case of a defective or wrong item delivered, we will cover the shipping charges.
